Ailie im Wunderland 2 - 12. Kapitel

As you may have read from newpapers, this is the time for Carneval, or Fasching in Southern German. in the whole week all cities filled with balls, weekend parades, jokes, etc etc. The politicians are those who are being mostly joked with. And the rule of game is, no matter the joke good or bad is, people who are being joked could not be angry about that.

And on the Rose Monday some neighbours joined the ball with special outfits...

Surprises on Rosenmontag

All started by some yells from the corridor...	Somebody started feeling good on their new outfit...

"Am I look good?" Neighbour Lezek from Poland	Then they start moving into the big kitchen

Beauty contestant #1: David from France	Contestant #2: Franz from Togo

Contestant #3: Nicola from France	Contestant #4: Alesch from Slovenien

Lezek again...	Nice kick!

Not contestant: Nina from Slovenien	Nina and Peter

1, 2, 3 ... say... Cheese	errr.....

What's About: Fasching is somekindof German festival like Halloween in the US. Other than 'just play fun' as in Halloween, the Fasching balls and parade are filled with all sarcastic messages about politics. And normally every year a Prince and a Princess Carnaval will be "elected".... don't ask me how.
